LOCAL CHECK-IN SERVICE FOR VRBO/HOMEAWAY USERS
Check-in is a guest’s first experience when renting your vacation home. A local, personalized check-in is the first step to increasing guest satisfaction.
We will help you maximize this initial ‘moment of truth’ by providing a reliable, responsive check-in service for your incoming guests.
Our core services include the following
- We provide your guest with a point of contact 72 hours prior to arrival.
- The guest and our office will communicate directly by cell phone, text, and/or email from their time of departure from their home city, to their arrival at the SLC airport, to their arrival in Park City. (This gives the guest a secure feeling that someone in Park City is expecting their arrival and will be available to check them in.)
- We arrange for key pick-up directly with the guest.
- The guest may come by our office which is located on Highway 224 just north of The Canyons ski area. Our office has prominent signage on Highway 224 and is well lit at night.
- Or, we may meet the guest at your property and do a check-in at the property.
- Depending on the style/complexity of your home, we may arrange a personalized walk through to show the guest the operation of the heating system, windows, wifi, audio-visual equipment, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, etc.
- During the guest stay we will provide a point of contact 24/7 for emergencies. Any emergency service needed will be subject to your approval and will be billed at our prevailing rates.
- We will handle general questions or complaints that your guests may have and advise you of same.
- If your home requires minor maintenance during your guest’s stay (changing light bulbs, adding salt to water softeners, etc.), we will provide this service for a predetermined fee.
- During your guest’s stay, we can arrange for special services such as in-home massages, grocery shopping, snowmobile tours, etc.
- After guest check-out, we will do a walk through, note any damages, and forward same to you.
- We will assist in making damage repairs subject to owner approval.
- We can arrange for your home to be cleaned after guest occupancy (cost to be borne by owner).
The check-in service generally costs $50 for the check-in and $50 for the check-out. However, the fee may be higher for a larger property. For an exact quote, please contact us.
