3 Kings is located in a quiet location near Park City Mountain Resort. The community spreads out along the municipal golf course on your way to the mountains. A short walk in the winter takes you to the First Time lift at the base. Daily lift tickets are also available for purchase here. Or the silver star condominiums down the street also provide mountain access to the resort. The free bus line is right outside the door and takes you anywhere in Park City, including all three ski resorts. The resort center also has access to shops, dining options, skating rink, and more.

The condo was recently given a face lift, with new countertops throughout and some updates to the bathrooms. The kitchen has new appliances and is ready for entertaining your family and friends. The fireplace provides a nice warm atmosphere after skiing and relaxing on the couches. The private patio outside also has a small BBQ grill.

There is a king bed upstairs in the open loft with a full bath. An additional loft sleeping area is contained in the second bedroom which has twin beds. This loft has another twin bed as well. One of the sofa's has a pull out bed as well.
