Nightly Rental Services
We charge a fee of 30%-40% for renting and managing your vacation property depending upon the nature of your property. Generally on stays of less than 5 days, guests pay the cleaning and linen fee, not you.If you elect, we will charge a flat monthly fee to do service calls within the ability of a normal maintenance person.
