Hot Tub Maintenance

We charge $50/month to check the tub and maintain water chemistry. To maintain the clear water quality during a guest stay, small bottles of chemicals are left for the guest to pour into the water after each daily use. This allows for limited interruption during the guest stay by a maintenance worker, and helps decrease the amount of draining and refilling the tub will need during the rental season.

For draining and filling our charge is $75.

Most hot tub maintenance companies and management companies charge 50% to 100% more for these services.
