SECURITY CHECKS

Vacation Quest does a weekly security check where we:

• Maintain the heat
• Flush toilets
• Run the water in sinks/showers
• Operate mechanical equipment
• Check thermostats
• Turn the lights on/off
• Check timer devices
• Check hot tub water levels and chemistry
• Attend to other requirements of your property

The cost usually ranges from $100 to $250 per month depending upon the size of your property and the routine maintenance requirements.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

For additional services not covered by our inspection, we charge fair and reasonable prices. Generally, basic labor is charged at $25 per hour with skilled labor (electrical, plumbing, etc.) charged at $45 per hour.

To give you a firm quote, we need to gain access to your property and look at:

• Water cut offs
• Electrical cut offs
• Water softeners
• Humidifiers (built in)
• Fire sprinkler system
• Alarm system
• Heat tape set up
• Hot tub
• Boilers
• Heat systems

We live in Park City, maintain an office at 4343 Hwy 224 (just north of the Canyons ski area), and are available 24/7 for emergencies.
